We are seeking for a local Marketing Manager to join our Miele Professional B2B team in Vantaa, Finland

MARKETING MANAGER

to manage and support marketing activities in a wide range of industries in the areas of laundry, dishwashing, medical, dental and laboratory technology.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Execute regional marketing strategy aligned with corporate objectives

• Administer and allocate local marketing budget, and manage local product offerings and content production independently or through agencies

• Coordinate go-to-market planning, product information updates, local trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives

• Oversee search engine advertising (SEA) and localize regional content

• Support sales and service teams with necessary marketing assets

• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align product strategy and initiatives

• Manage internal and external communications related to product range and strategy, and coordinate marketing campaigns and materials locally

• Administer and maintain the local website and webshop, ensuring digital content accuracy and relevance

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

• Strong marketing experience (B2B) with an operative focus

• Coordinating local needs with regional strategies

• Fluency in Finnish and good communication skills in English, knowledge of Swedish and German are considered as an advantage

• Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn, META etc.

• Experience working in a matrix organization and project management is beneficial

• Familiarity with SAP and product management is beneficial
