BACK OFFICE AGENT

Join our Nordic Sales Back Office team, where your main focus will be supporting our end-consumers (B2C), while also supporting retail partners (B2B) and the Sales function for the Finnish market. With a wide range of contacts, you will help ensure that we deliver a premium service for both internal and external customers.

Your Responsibilities

• Handle in- and outbound calls and emails to provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
• Secure smooth order handling and timely processing

• Manage returns, credit notes, and complaint resolution according to defined policies, including escalations when necessary

• Support Sales with administrative tasks related to offers and customer accounts
• Actively participate in improving processes and enhancing customer satisfaction

What we are looking for

• Strong communication skills in Finnish and English, both spoken and written. Swedish language skills are highly appreciated
• Ability to work cross-functionally and take responsibility for delivering high-quality results on time
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within customer service or sales support
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications, combined with solid technical understanding
• Initiative and a positive attitude, contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of the domestic appliance industry is considered a plus

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Finland, Miele’s Finnish headquarters in Porttipuisto, Vantaa, supporting the Nordic organization. In this role you will report to Head of SBO Operations, located in Denmark.

We offer the flexibility of hybrid work, enabling you to work partially remotely. At the same time, we highly value community and team spirit, and we encourage everyone to contribute to this.
